Welcome to ChambaDesk. By using the ChambaDesk mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ChambaDesk is a mobile application that helps contractors and tradespeople manage their business by providing tools for:

• Job tracking and scheduling
• Creating and sending estimates
• Creating and sending invoices
• Tracking expenses and payments
• Storing job photos

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ChambaDesk offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including job details, estimates, invoices, expenses, payments, and photos ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content. Do not use the App to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Sharing Features

The App allows you to share certain information (such as job summaries) with third parties via generated links. You are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom. Shared links may be accessible to anyone who has the link.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by ChambaDesk and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

ChambaDesk is a business management tool and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring your estimates, invoices, and financial records comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChambaDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.
